Cancellation & Refund Policy

All orders are one-time purchases. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships — orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

To cancel, email us at [info@trykor.shop] with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Every purchase is instead covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 45 days of delivery and we'll issue a return authorization. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once the item arrives back to us in its original condition, we'll refund your purchase price within 5–10 business days.
