We accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The return request is submitted within 60ย days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items on sale or purchased with promotional discounts

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and shipping label (if applicable). We try to make this process as fair and reliable as possible for you; our costumers.ย 

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5โ€“10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

๐Ÿšซ Damage / Problems on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will replace or refund your product at no cost.
